Jazz BBQ At Narooma

JBBQ2 has nine dixieland covers played by Doctor Jazz and Sons in 1982. CD album released in 2001. Transcribed from original 10 inch master tapes. Boys were ten and eleven on original takes.

JBBQ2 is a very good collection of Dixieland jazz played by Richard and Patrick Whitty at the tender ages of ten and eleven.

There are tunes by Jelly Roll Morton, Kid Ory, Louis Armstrong, and Duke Ellington. They play Trombone and clarinet respectively with their father Mark Whitty on piano, trumpet, vocal, bass pedals.

Live drums (Allan Smith) and accoustic guitar added to CD album in 2001.JBBQ2 was expertly mixed and produced by Richard Whitty (now aged thirty and an expert AV technician)
